Last Weekend for Tube World

March 2-4 - Tube World is Open for final weekend: Sessions: 4, 6, and 8 PM. Wee Bowl Childrens Snowplay Area for kids under the 42" height requirement will not be open.

On the Slopes at Cataloochee 2-24-12

Today at Cataloochee Ski Mountain:  Skiing 15 trails with 5 lifts on a base of 32-60 inches groomed surface. Night skiing Tuesday - Saturday only.

Tube World is open for sessions at 4, 6 and 8 PM. The Wee Bowl Childrens Snowplay Area for kids under the 42" height requirement will not be open.

Tube World open for Day and Evening Sessions

Tube World  will be open from 10 AM until 10 PM with sessions running at 10, 12, 2, 4, 6, and 8 PM. Cost for tubing is $25 and you must be 42" tall to ride alone, there is no two person tubing at Tube World.  There will be no Wee Bowl available at Tube World this weekend.  Tubing is on a first come first served basis and some sessions will sell out. If  the session you wish to tube is sold out when you arrive,  you may purchase a session for later in the day.

Today at Cataloochee Ski Area - skiing on 14 out of 16 trails, with a base of 10"-42" and a groomed surface.

Tube World, located in Maggie Valley, four miles from the ski area, will open from 4pm until 10pm with sessions running at 4, 6, and 8pm. Cost for tubing is $25 and you must be 42" tall to ride alone, there is no two person tubing at Tube World. Tubing is on a first come first served basis and some session will sell out, should the session you wish to tube be sold out when you arrive, you may purchase a session for later in the day.

Tube World Re-opens Today at 2 PM

Tube World in Maggie Valley NC will re-open today at 2 PM after several days of snowmaking. Tubing will open at 2 PM with tubing sessions at 2, 4, 6, and 8pm.  Cost for tubing is $25 and tubing sessions will last 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Tube World Closed today

Tube World in Maggie Valley - Tube World will not be open Monday through Wednesday this week as originally scheduled in order to make snow continually as the cold front arrives.

Tube World Sold Out for Today

Tube World is all sold out for all sessions today, Dec 28. Tube World opens on Thursday at 10AM on a  first-come, first served basis and usually sells out during the holiday period as well as because of limited terrain from the lack of cold weather and snowmaking conditions.  

Tube World Closed due to Weather

Tube World in Maggie Valley  will be closed for the rest of the week, due to warm weather preventing sufficient snowmaking and tubing conditions.

It's Time for Tubing in Maggie Valley

Tube World located in Maggie Valley,  four miles from Cataloochee Ski Area,  will be open from 10 AM until 10 PM with 1hour and 45 minute sessions available beginning at 10, 12, 2, 4, 6, and 8pm. Cost for tubing is a special $20 per session this weekend and you must be 42” tall to ride alone. There is no two person tubing allowed at Tube World.  Wee Bowl will not be open this weekend.

Tube World in Maggie Valley Opens Today

Tube World will be open on Saturday, Dec 3,  from 10 AM until 10 PM  with 1hour and 45 minute sessions available beginning at 10, 12, 2, 4, 6 and 8.  Special cost for tubing this weekend is $15 per session and you must be 42” tall to ride alone. There is no two person tubing allowed at Tube World. Tube World’s regular schedule will begin on December 17.
