Appalachian Ski Mountain Update

Dec 8 - The Appaljack Terrain Park is now open for the second day of operation with boxes, rails, and a medium-sized tabletop jump.  An additional 17 hours of snowmaking, with an overnight low of 23 degrees, has allowed the addition of Strudel, Appaljack, Orchard Run, and Appal Jam to the list of open slopes for Monday, December 7.  With two more nights of snowmaking expected this week, it may be possible to add Appal Jam as a second terrain park. Appal Jam is currently open as a slope only. http://www.appskimtn.com/
