Ski Beech Season Pass Super-Sale Begins October 1, 2012

Fall and NC Ski Season is almost here and so is the time for Beech Mountain Resort's annual Super-Saver season pass sale.

Starting Monday, October 1, 2012, the resort will offer 200 passes for $375 each. This unlimited pass will allow access to the slopes on any day, during any session. In addition to the pass, season lockers are available for $125 dollars. Located close to the high-speed quad, the season locker room offers quick access to your equipment. To purchase your pass or locker, call the ticket office between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM. Passes at this price will not last long, so hurry and order yours. 1-800-438-2093 x 213

Located in Blowing Rock NC Appalachian Ski Mountain opened in December of 1968 with 3 slopes and simple rope tows. Today Appalachian has expanded to twelve slopes including two terrain parks serviced by one double chairlift, two quad chairlifts, two conveyor lifts (new in 2010) and one handle-pull lift. Located in the Village of Sugar Mountain on the outskirts of Banner Elk NC Sugar Mountain is the largest NC ski area with twenty slopes and trails spread over 115 skiable acres for all levels of skiing and snowboarding. There are seven lifts - including one triple, four doubles and two surface lifts. The 700 foot long tubing lanes are serviced by a Magic Carpet lift, all located on the Sugar Mountain golf course. Wolf Ridge Ski Resort is just north of Asheville in the outskirts of Mars Hill NC. The Slopes of Wolf Ridge have over 82 acres of ski terrain with 23 Exciting Ski Slopes, 10 Green Family Runs, 3 Black Diamond and 10 Blue Runs .
