Cataloochee Ski Area will be skiing from the top of the mountain down, on 14 trails with 2 aerial
lifts and one conveyor lift operating on a base of 46"-66" and a loose granular
surface. Only one session of skiing is offered, day skiing from 9:00 AM -
4:30 PM. Half day rates are not available.
Cataloochee now
offers a “One Run, We’ll Refund” now until the end of the season. Guests
unhappy with conditions will receive a full refund after one run, within a
reasonable time period. Refunds will not be given after that. Also for those of
you who have season passes to other ski areas can get $10 off a Cataloochee
lift ticket, anytime all year long, 2012-13 pass must be presented for discount.
