Pass prices on this day will be the lowest of this year and next and if you are a new pass holder, you can ski for the rest of this year and next on this pass! This day there will be special pricing not only on midweek passes but for every pass we offer as well. These special prices (including  midweek season pass for $169) will be available from 8:30am - 4:30pm only on Sunday, March 7. Only 500 of the $169 midweek passes will be sold, so remember to purchase early on March 7 to get yours before they get gone! You can purchase at the Ski area or call in between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm on that Sunday only. Our early season pricing special at its next tier will continue from March 8 through March 31. Challenge Cup Finals Tonight at Cataloochee

March 4, Cataloochee Ski Area, Maggie Valley North Carolina. Tonight will be the finals Cataloochee Challenge Cup Race Series. Join the Cat Crew as individuals race against the clock for the best of two runs. Top three challengers in both men’s and womens’ age divisions win cool stuff. Free Lessons at Cataloochee

Cataloochee Ski Area, Maggie Valley North Carolina. Monday through Thursday all persons renting skis or snowboards at Cataloochee receive a FREE Intro to Skiing or Riding lesson! Lesson times are offered at 10, 12, 2, 4, 6, and 7pm and you should plan on being at the area at least 30 minutes prior to your chosen lesson time to sign up. Tuesdays are also Men’s Day here at Cataloochee and all guys purchasing a full price adult day, twilight or night lift ticket will receive a free any level ski or snowboard lesson during that session.
