Last Chance for Daily Skiing at Cataloochee

March 21, Cataloochee Ski Resort, Maggie Valley North Carolina. Cataloochee Ski Area will close for daily operations at the end of the skiing session on Sunday, March 21 as originally scheduled. HOWEVER, by popular demand and based on the amount of current snow base Cataloochee slopes will reopen for two additional weekends of skiing and riding on Saturday and Sunday, March 27 and 28 and Saturday and Sunday, April 3 and 4. Skiing on those days will be from 9am until 4:30PM and weekday rates will be in effect. http://cataloochee.com/

Last Night for airboarding at Cataloochee

Cataloochee Ski Resort, Maggie Valley North Carolina. Tuesday evening is the final night of airboarding for the 2009/10 season. Airboarding costs $59 for the 3 hour package and runs from 6:30pm-9:30pm and includes airboard rental, 3 hour lift ticket, boots, helmet and instruction. Spring Fever Blowout at Beech Mountain
