Sugar Mountain Ski Resort Today: A weather system arriving this afternoon is expected to drop another 3-6 inches of snow on Sugar Mountain. Snowmaking is in progress throughout the day in select areas.

BOSS HAWG's Live Bluegrass this evening in the Base Lodge between 4 pm and 6 pm.
NASTAR at noon today and tomorrow on Big Red.
Ice Skating is open with sessions at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm.

The Tubing Park is open with sessions at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm

Located in Blowing Rock NC Appalachian Ski Mountain opened in December of 1968 with 3 slopes and simple rope tows. Wolf Ridge Ski Resort is just north of Asheville in the outskirts of Mars Hill NC.
