Winter Value Package Schedule:

Early Season (Opening through Sunday, December 11, 2011):

Stay 3, 4 or 5 nights and ski for 2, 3, or 4 days respectively, or stay Friday, Saturday & Sunday night and ski on Saturday and Sunday. Available on weekdays and weekends.

Mid-Season (Monday, January 2, 2012 through Thursday, March 1, 2012):

Stay 3, 4 or 5 nights and ski for 2, 3 or 4 days respectively. Mid-Season packages are available Sunday through Thursday only.

Late Season (Monday, March 5, 2012 through the end of the season):

Stay 3, 4 or 5 nights and ski for 2, 3, or 4 days respectively, or stay Friday, Saturday & Sunday night and ski on Saturday and Sunday. Available on weekdays and weekends.

Located in Blowing Rock NC Appalachian Ski Mountain opened in December of 1968 with 3 slopes and simple rope tows. Today Appalachian has expanded to twelve slopes including two terrain parks serviced by one double chairlift, two quad chairlifts, two conveyor lifts (new in 2010) and one handle-pull lift. Wolf Ridge Ski Resort is just north of Asheville in the outskirts of Mars Hill NC.
